This Personalized Parking Sign is situated on our Max-duty aluminum which is .080" thick and comes with a 5 year guarantee due to the UV-resistant clear polyester layer. With a service temperature range -40° to 250°F, it can withstand virtually any environment.

Aluminum itself provides the strength of metal, yet never rusts. It withstands wash-downs, harsh elements, abusive conditions, and features good chemical, abrasion, and impact resistance. Each Visual Edge™ is constructed of .040" thick aluminum and the printed image is protected by a durable overlaminate coat for outdoor exposure. Personalized and Custom Labels

Self-adhesive 3.5 mil vinyl labels are moisture-resistant and tear-resistant and can be placed on uneven and curved surfaces. This 2" x 2" round label hosts digital imagery, co-operative company logos and customized text. It can be utilized for most general-duty applications with outdoor exposure and will withstand most light chemical splashes. The permanent acrylic adhesive backing has a peel-off liner. Non-coated surfaces are writable, and clear vinyl allows for a "print-only" look. Round labels come in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 4" but are completely customizable as are all of our labels.

SiteTags®

SiteTags® are the perfect combination of customization and personalization in one OSHA safety tag digitally printed with a worker photo, personal information and an OSHA safety message. You can customize the legend and additional information fields, and even add your company's logo. And the addition of the individual employee image provides immediate identification and recognition of those working on locked out equipment along with the name and department printed directly onto the tag.

5S Shadow Boards

5S is a japanese workplace methodology based on the words seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu and shitsuke, which, when transliterated, mean sorting, straightening or setting in order, shining, standardizing and sustaining the discipline. Sometimes, a sixth phase is included - safety - including consistent training of new workers and training of already established workers on new procedures and equipment.

OSHA paragraph (e) of §1910.303 requires employers to mark electrical equipment with descriptive markings, including the equipment's voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. Additionally, in §1910.335(b), OSHA requires employers to use alerting techniques (safety signs and tags, barricades, and attendants) . . . to warn and protect employees from hazards which could cause injury due to electric shock, burns or failure of electric equipment parts.

In 2009 the NFPA published a major update to its electrical safety codes. They called it NFPA 70E. The standard covers the full range of electrical safety issues, including safety-related work practices, maintenance, special equipment requirements and installation.
