Custom Barricade Tape

Also known as perimeter tape and barrier tape, high-visibility barricade tapes are a temporary yet efficient and effective way to surround or section-off hazard areas, danger zones and construction sites. They send the warning message to keep out of restricted areas. barricade tapes are also ideal for crowd and traffic control purposes.

These tapes are non-adhesive and self-wound on a roll. They unspool, cut easily, and can be fastened with any method - adhesive tape, nail, staple or tie off. Printed tapes have clear, bold warning message that is continuously repeated the length of the roll (we also offer glow tapes). Lightweight, yet durable, tapes are 3-mil polyethylene plastic that can withstand indoor elements and outdoor weather conditions. Material is economical and disposable, yet can be reused. Rolls are compact and can be stored for emergencies or planned projects.

A New View of the Sun

Consider the impact this digital image of the sun would have on a young child's mind. High resolution imagery is changing the way we see the world, and the advancements in photography allow us to see the from a vantage point not thought possible several years ago. Snakes!

When working outdoors, you may encounter hazards that you didn't expect - namely snakes - especially in warm climates states like Florida - home to Accuform for over 25 years.

Really Big Scoreboards

This Signal Flip Scoreboard is a HUGE addition to any safety program. Promote safety awareness in a big way! The three signal lights promote the safety status in your facility (as well as the "flip" panels), while the scoreboard’s numbering system allows you to track the number of “safe working” days.

The Signal Safety Scoreboard is available in two styles–a standard scoreboard or a backlit scoreboard with the legend illuminated from behind. The backlit scoreboard is attention getting and ideal for low light areas. Both scoreboards feature a three signal traffic light, which can be steady-on or flashing (optional). All lights are individually controlled by switches on the bottom of the scoreboard. Above is the signal flip version - the green panel shows operation as usual, the yellow connotates a near-miss and the red panel means there has been an accident (the signal lights should match the appropriate panel).

Personalized and Custom Labels

Self-adhesive 3.5 mil vinyl labels are moisture-resistant and tear-resistant and can be placed on uneven and curved surfaces. This 2" x 2" round label hosts digital imagery, co-operative company logos and customized text. It can be utilized for most general-duty applications with outdoor exposure and will withstand most light chemical splashes. The permanent acrylic adhesive backing has a peel-off liner. Non-coated surfaces are writable, and clear vinyl allows for a "print-only" look. Round labels come in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 4" but are completely customizable as are all of our labels.

SiteTags®

SiteTags® are the perfect combination of customization and personalization in one OSHA safety tag digitally printed with a worker photo, personal information and an OSHA safety message. You can customize the legend and additional information fields, and even add your company's logo. And the addition of the individual employee image provides immediate identification and recognition of those working on locked out equipment along with the name and department printed directly onto the tag.

5S Shadow Boards

5S is a japanese workplace methodology based on the words seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu and shitsuke, which, when transliterated, mean sorting, straightening or setting in order, shining, standardizing and sustaining the discipline. Sometimes, a sixth phase is included - safety - including consistent training of new workers and training of already established workers on new procedures and equipment.

OSHA paragraph (e) of §1910.303 requires employers to mark electrical equipment with descriptive markings, including the equipment's voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. Additionally, in §1910.335(b), OSHA requires employers to use alerting techniques (safety signs and tags, barricades, and attendants) . . . to warn and protect employees from hazards which could cause injury due to electric shock, burns or failure of electric equipment parts.

In 2009 the NFPA published a major update to its electrical safety codes. They called it NFPA 70E. The standard covers the full range of electrical safety issues, including safety-related work practices, maintenance, special equipment requirements and installation.
